One thing, when setting it up do a direct connection and not have your light connect to the router. I had a heck of a time trying to connect my light through the router. When I called into tech support they recommended the direct connection when worked perfectly.

Damn, that's still an issue? The AP700 had the same problem. Thought they would have improved their WiFi implementation.

I have a spectral X controller and run both my tank and refugium lights with it. So if I do switch to this light, I’ll disable the WiFi and just plug it in to the controller.
