My compliments to the chef!!
yeah what's the time frame on some of those growths? "This is a frag at the swap, here's the 6 inch wide colony 2 weeks later after dosing with whale urine and butter""
These are all gorgeous! The colors are what I want to fill my tank with (blues, greens & purples).
OMG! I am in LOVE.
Cool, some people actually like my coral. Maybe I should name it and then start selling it. I bought some to the swap, don't know who took them though.
That Pocillipora actually colors up well in med light...and it grows on the overflow walls of my tank. Very Hardy... Damn weed. I want to see it in your tank since your Water Quality should be much better than mine. I want to see its true pontentail Kris!

That sounds like a plan! But I think need to upgrade my lights first. I borrowed BARs parameter yesterday and found that my light isn't as good as I was hoping. There are very few areas (like inches) with a par reading greater than 350.Thanks Dee Anne!!! You will have to come by some time and grab some frags.

Thanks for the link. That is a ton on information. I only wish he had some LEDs to compare to MH values. Either way, it was a great write up.PAR measurements?

There is so much variability while measuring I find it more of a 'best guess' kind of reading. Use it to get a concept for the differences in the tank then place the corals and observe what happens.
