New photo series

My friend got interested in digital photography (and SLRs) so I lend him my old D50.
It also got me interested again and we decided to go to each Silicon Valley downtown once a week and take photos (drink coffee) too.

Here's what i've got so far:

Very cool series, Vlad. The first and fourth images are definitely my favorite! The photo of the "uncorked" is really nice too

Nice pictures, I really like the look that gives the impression those cities aren't terribly crowded, and that there's still some nature around.

Well I was there at 3pm, definitely not a "rush hour" situation.

BTW, all those are HDRs, -2, 0, +2 exposures, handheld with nikon D90 and Sigma 10-20mm

What program do you use to perform HDR's Vlad? I've been thinking about giving it a try!
Someone said you can do it in CS5, but I haven't figured out how to do it.

I think I have HDR plugin which works in Lightroom. I set it up long time ago and have not used it at all. Don't do HDR that much.

Today's "Los Altos"

Continuing with Willow Glen area.
The downtown itself was so-so, kind of a low quality copy of Los Gatos.
But the houses around it were amazing (architecture)

Also an interesting question. Are there any interesting/historical building in a downtown near you? From photography perspective, that might me worth checking out.
