Random question - does anyone have an easy/cheap/fast recommendation for the little bits of foam that are used to hang SPS/delicate frags upside down in containers? Like something I can get at home depot or amazon and cut up?
@DaddyHook glues little pieces of tubing to the bottom of the plastic containers that holds the plug pretty well. Otherwise you'll just have to dig through old appliance containers that you hopefully hoarded.

I'm looking specifically for foam to float plugs. Just wondering if anyone has a reliable/easy source for this stuff that's about the right thickness.

Michael's or dollar store the stuff used to put fake flowers in. It's foam easily cut with any knife or scissors

As far as home depot i can only think of the black foam covering for insulating pipes.

How’s reception at mission blue? I was thinking of attaching a photo to a QR code but it’s kind of pointless if receptions bad.

Dollar store pool noodles? Just cut em up. The dollar store ones in particular seem to be smaller in diameter and have a smaller diameter hole in the center.

Thank you @Coral Hub (Nathan) for your donation to this event!

He will be donating (3) 16oz bottles of phyto and an 8oz bottle of copepods.

Also, he's going to be giving BAR an opportunity for a special savings for swap attendees! So you'll need to be there to take advantage of the opportunity to save a nice chunk. Thanks Nathan!
Will he be doing that at the event? Thanks @Coral Hub (Nathan)!

Reminder to all members! Whether you are going or not. If you have any PIF stuff you would like to have placed on the freebie table, please bring it. If you cannot come to the event but want to add to the table, please coordinate with your reef buddy to be a courier. Just remember whatever is not taken, please take it back.

We have the budget build exhibition going on and there might be some folks that could use extra stuff!

Will bring a pair of Mask Black Picasso (190 value) instead of the Gold Nugget Maroons because their will already be a pair available
Event details page updated with this information. Thank you again for your generosity to the club.

Will you be bringing tanks, heaters, etc. to have other fish available for people to view/purchase? Being an event sponsor, you are welcome to do so. Please reach out to me so we can coordinate.

How do you become a sponsor? Just curious.

Can you bring QT'd fish as PIF?
As long as you have a way to keep them safe. It is a long event, and having them in a bag without supplemental oxygen may be a risk. If you have them in a container with a heater and air supply, I imagine it would be ok. I think it may be best to post what you have available in the PIF forum and see if there are any takers. Then you can put the responsibility on the person taken them in to bring the necessary equipment to keep them safe.
