Just cancel the order and dispute any charges.

There's been tons of bad experiences posted on RC about that company.

You can only dispute items not recieved and no shipping cost if partial shipment. FYI . I had first hand experience conducting a dispute with my credit card company

Is saltwaterfish usa the same as saltwaterfish.com?

Perhaps not.... They both seem to me to be "not so on the ball" as far as customer service. I was more fishing for a response as the initial post listed "Saltwaterfish USA", and was curious.

I'm guessing they want to post the same thing as what was done at RDO, in which case could do the courtesy of copying & pasting. By all means Shiveley should not be posting, however there are issues with non-members getting posting access which is being worked out.
