I’m also glad you posted about this because it’s something I never would’ve considered. My only issue when having people over to check out the tank is my wife getting upset about the house being a mess.

In the owning an LFS thread, there was a statement from a well known member that was changed to “People trying negotiate down on prices”. This was changed by a moderator not the original poster. I believe the original statement was “Jew the price down.” That is an extremely offensive, and...

He removed the word 'derogatory' from his cut and past of the definition. He didn't miss it in the cut and past, it was inside the definition. He knew what he was doing

I know how to get all my content deleted. Just gotta edit them to the change.org link. They added it to their profanity filter...

they will not because sponsors like BRS, Neptune, GHL and WWC are all silent....so far.
If someone has good contacts with them, pointing out the petition might make a difference.
Looks like it is up to almost 1,500.

While I agree with all sentiments here; in the end, it’s their business. If they choose to do business this way, then it will eventually come back to bite them. Spreading the word, and not using the site is a good way of doing your part.
I will admit, I will still use the site to sell corals online here and there, but that’s all I ever used R2R for. It’s way too commercialized, and lacks the local feel of BAR for me.
