I tried that - unfortunately, those credentials aren't valid. I've also contacted support, which have given me instructions to reset the controller via a reset firmware. Unfortunately, those instructions don't seem to workThe login to the local dashboard is default admin/1234
That's right, Apex Jr. unplugged from wall power. The Apex unit is UNPLUGGED at step 11? Meaning it has no power?
Yep, that's what I'm attempting to do! Unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to fail after I unplug the apexPretty sure I did that once long long ago with an old Apex.
The idea is that you WANT the program to fail at some specific point, and do that by unplugging it.
Would greatly appreciate borrowing it, if Apex support can't help me reset it remotely. Thanks!I should have a display to borrow; in SF.
@ashburn2k lent me his, but it has a display issue. I've got a call with neptune tomorrow - will try to troubleshoot the apex and display. Thanks for the offer - will take you up on it if Neptune can't fix the issue!Did you find one? I just got one of you still need it to borrow. I’m in Concord
Thanks! Where are you in SF? Susan may be closer to me.I’ll dig it out of the closet tomorrow; just saw your reply.
