Been wanting to see a thread on this for a while.

I think uncommon hitchhikers a lot of times are waay cooler than name brand LE corals that everybody can get if they drop enough cash.

You have to be lucky to find a cool hitchhiker, then you have to be able to take care of it properly to grow it out.

So what kind of cool hitchikers do people have?

Not the best pics, but here are some of mine. I like that each one has a special background story.

Here is a tunicate that's made my tank home. A few new ones have popped up recently also. They are a candy redish/orange color (not represented well in this pic) and the small ones are brighter than the large ones with tripes on the valves.

Per Normans request. It was a hitchhiker that Karson of aquatic collection got attached to the base of another coral.

Carefull..They're like xenia...real pretty at first then after a while begin to take everything over...

Mines like a kenya tree..happy with it but it keeps making new kenya trees...2 of them were with me at the swap..haha

I don't think anyone would be interested in my pics of aiptasia, hair algae and red flatworms...but that's what I got for hitchhikers...
