This time set up will be one long table for registration ending with coral drop off very near the swap area. This means the free table and welcome space will be directly behind the coral drop off table so that the checkers can turn around and drop any coral deemed free on the free table.

There are quite a few new members since our last swap, or meeting even. Would two people sign up to help answer questions, greet, and basically bring new members into the club? Make sure those not swapping have first access to the free corals. Shift it out between the two of you so you can each swap. Just looking for 2 point people to search out those looking a little lost and getting them connected. No need to stay at the table if you are keeping everyone mixing.

There are plenty of people at each slot according to Jeremy so you can move your commitment. Let us know here if you can help greet. Thanks.

I'll help with setup from 10 to whenever as it looks like you're still light on people for that.

I can help for the whole day. I won't be swaping so I won't have to worry about watching for my group.
