The "Real" price of salt

I've noticed this as well, I believe it is due to the overall anhydrous nature of most of the ingredients, Mag and Cal especially.

The first bucket I received before it went on the market wasn't even close to what I'm experiencing now, however, it seems to be going into solution rapidly.

That makes sense. It's probably also why you need a smaller volume of it to make up a given amount of saltwater vs other mixes.
