What do I need to connect my RODI line to this?

Part of the home remodeling work was to get it ready for the fish tank. I have a water source that has a reducer that is two parts that goes down to the 1/4", but the fitting won't securely hold an RO tubing line under pressure. What do I need to get this to connect properly?
