Getting rid of the old 8 footer and build a new 12 footer? Let me knowWINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER.
The backyard is the floor drain. Lol.Why is there no floor drain?!?!? And where’s the sink going?
I’d put these weatherproof gang boxes since you’re the one putting up the drywall and painting. Then you won’t have to worry as much where they’ll go with all the water splashes and all. I’d probably put them above the sump level but below the bottom of tank so tank can conceal them. I’d probably put in two 2-gang with each on a separate 20A circuit for redundancy. Knowing me, I’d actually probably overkill it and have two 2-gang boxes on each circuit .

Can drain into a bucket and pump out easy enoughThe backyard is the floor drain. Lol.
The sink is 20 steps away in the garage.
I think your idea is a good one. Sealed box above sump height. One on the left and right of the big aquarium. Same thru out the room.
Now I just gotta figure out how I’m gonna get the skimmer to auto drain. Since it’s down hill from any house plumbing. I was gonna ask Eric if he had any ideas.
Yeah. I was thinking to do that. Like with an auto sump pump in houses. Never tried it tho. Dunno if it would hold up or not tho. Unless I get all fancy with float valves and stuff. Can drain into a bucket and pump out easy enough

Like drilling a hole in wall at subfloor height so lift station is on exterior and below subfloor so skimmers etc can just be gravity fed into station? Gota love that smelly skimatesmall lift station.
