Chris came by for a few hours and helped me lift some walls. It’s getting there. It looks big. Then I realized my one aquarium is already taking up 1/3 of the space. If you look closely. The door is crooked. Don’t work on stuff when you’re in a rush. My son and I threw it up late night. Worked on it today and spent the other half day taking it all apart. After my business partner noticed it was crooked. Story of my life Charlie Brown. Lol.

I have a question. Outlets. Would you put outlets 18” off the floor? Above the height of the sump( not over the sump) , or high like chest height ? Since this is a custom room. And how many ?

Why is there no floor drain?!?!? And where’s the sink going?

I’d put these weatherproof gang boxes since you’re the one putting up the drywall and painting. Then you won’t have to worry as much where they’ll go with all the water splashes and all. I’d probably put them above the sump level but below the bottom of tank so stand can conceal them. I’d probably put in two 2-gang with each on a separate 20A circuit for redundancy. Knowing me, I’d actually probably overkill it and have two 2-gang boxes on each circuit . :p

The backyard is the floor drain. Lol.
The sink is 20 steps away in the garage.
I think your idea is a good one. Sealed box above sump height. One on the left and right of the big aquarium. Same thru out the room.

Now I just gotta figure out how I’m gonna get the skimmer to auto drain. Since it’s down hill from any house plumbing. I was gonna ask Eric if he had any ideas.

Can drain into a bucket and pump out easy enough

Looking great!! Since your sheds going to be heated or by all the heated saltwater are you planning a moisture/ vapor barrier on floor and all walls ? I didn’t see any on under the subfloor covering the insulation unless the subfloor in the pics wasn’t nailed down..Can always add on top of subfloor under whatever flooring your using..Ventilation vents or ones with fans to help manage humidity or excess heat? Like the large front door and the long window!
