Hello,
Alex and I were texting and he brought true yellow corals. Got me thinking of adding something truly yellow to the tank. Looking at SPS, less likely maybe a yellow leather, or maybe one of those NPS yellow corals. Any suggestions or anyone have any frags if something cool?

There is a thread with different options. Yellow could easily become green depending on lighting in your tank. I have yellow leathers.

I saw a few pictures of yellow gorgonians some of those actually looked stunning. Maybe worth a google search.

Horrific pics, but … pretty sure you’re not going to find much that is closer to yellow

Walt Disney of course, and I second the vote for Goldenrod Anacropora - a very striking yellow under the right conditions. Beach bum monti is also very yellow although I wouldn't recommend any encrusting corals :)

The Fiji yellow leathers will only look at way under full spectrum lighting so keep that in mind. Note that I saw these in the wild at just 3-5 feet getting insane amounts of light. Probably why they liked the old Iwasaki 6500k bulbs so much.
Just got this guy, under 14k halide. PAR value of 600+ gonna be interesting to see what comes of this.

Pink lemonade acro is definitely yellow with pink polyps. Fox flame has very yellow tips.

I have an Anacropora which has stayed true yellow through multiple tanks. Polyps have no hint of red, so I don’t think it’s goldenrod.

I have an extra piece which was partially anemone stung but it’s yours if you want it.

If I can find my way out there some day maybe Invictus, but that frag remains geographically undesirable for now. Maybe the next swap...

Tequila Sunrise mushroom has a lot of yellow and orange.

You could also get yellow fish!
