I love LMNT although I find if I am really sweating in a hard work out my mouth gets super dry. For those now I stick with water and then have an LMNT mixed with water afterwards. They also make a canned carbonated version which is pretty good as well.
That was really fun! Great to put names to faces and get to answer real questions instead of the usual “did you paint that rock yourself? It is so colorful” ;) Thank you so much to the organizers!!!
I have been fighting high nitrates and phosphates. Being able to see the daily trend lines has been really helpful. Too frequent water changes causes other problems. Here are a few plots from this past month. Using these we have tried to correlate to other activities with the tank.
Here is the build thread for my two tanks. Definitely been a wild journey with the ups and downs of dialing in a new system.

One issue I ran into when deploying large WC to deal with high phosphate levels was nutrient deficiency. A lot of my feeding is automated so when doing a number of WC events all the coral started to suffer.
Welcome to da club! I love all the softies in your tank! Those I absolutely struggle with. SPS do amazing in my tank, but LPS I’m drawn to like a moth to flame …
With those fish I wouldn’t worry about any of them jumping. I have a bunch of similar ones in an open top rimless tank without any issues. As others pointed out getting glass or acrylic lids to cut down on evaporation is something you might look at but I wouldn’t worry about those fish.
