Navdeep, yeah it started at 10, the raffle prize for the Apex was at 3pm, so makes sense they'd pack up around 4pm and leave.

It could have been your tickets, I'm not sure. Not to many people stuck it out all day for the final drawing at almost 3:30. A couple other people gave me their tickets as well. I had like 2o at the end of the day.
