Very popular in Germany for a while now. Looks like there are various upgrades/improvements made to the orginal model, and overall a promising device (potentially still not 100% mature though). As with most auto testers, not cheap, but not needing reagents might be worth it, once the user feedback is more consistently positive. I am reading about algae issues in the see-through container, keeping calibration is not always easy to achieve, but potentially due to #user error.

I posted about this a while ago (https://www.bareefers.org/forum/thr...of-alkalinity-without-reagents-aquawiz.36210/), but not much interest back then (most likely because it is not from Neptune or Hydros…).

Appreciate it! This is the first auto tester I have become interested in. I think because of simplicity, fewer cords and no reagents. How is maintenance?

Digging through notes- last time I checked dKH was January 4th and prior November 9... Sheesh need to step my game up.

Maintenance has been easy so far, I just calibrate once a month with my Hanna. The most it has ever been off from the Hanna is 0.2 dKH I don't have any algae issues since mine is in a cabinet underneath my tank.

I bought some spare peristaltic tubing and have an extra pH probe in case I need them. I should ask Anand what kind of preventative maintenance is recommended.
