I was getting like 17-19 tds in castro valley but just checked again and it went up to 40 tds.

Finally got the tank on the Cantilevered tank, water rocks and all. The leveling came out to be perfect!!l

glad your client has deep pockets to pay for the engineering on that, because a tank that big effectively just hanging off the edge has to be creating some pretty large torque on that wall that definitely needs an engineers eye in order to make it safe.

It’s definitely a well thought out design for sure, Mike. The calculations put us roughly at 3/16th expected deflection on the beam and under full dead load, it worked out perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Project like this definitely needs to be properly engineered, glad it was done that way.

I know right, 1 out of 5 stars, unprofessional, leaving their garbage on the sump... and obviously we know what Robert's job was, drink coffee and watch everyone else do the work :D :D :D

It was a very good cup of coffee though! And it cost only $2 bucks! You can’t make that kind of sacrifice, not even for a $1M project.
