Frag rack - CNC

I was playing with my CNC and started to try to do frag rack.
This one is a 12”x12”. Waiting for the acrylic cylinder to do the legs .

So did you have a single wide bit that just did a plunge cut on that? Or a smaller bit that traced out a circle and popped out the center?

Final product would go for $60 each. Material + CNC time . Difference is this is made out of 1/4” cast acrylic , so very strong . You can add weight it won’t bend at all. Also the hole is a better size for the plug , better fit. So it’s doesn’t move everywhere with the current, which happens a lot with egg crate, it’s held in place .
