We need to fill in the rest of the volunteer positions. Names to jobs please so we don’t have to wing it too much.

Also, we need more tables brought please. Better to have couple extra we don’t need than the other way around! Tables for coral, freebies, bonus checkin, member checkin, raffle items etc

Updated the first post, looks good except for swap patrol area, other people willing to help can just make work less for those other jobs.

Can anyone volunteer to be a photographer like @CaseyP did last time? Doesn’t have to be fancy, a good camera phone gets the job done. Mostly just someone paying attention to covering it. General pics of the event to post on the BAR website and also some pics of raffle winners.

Maybe a bit of confusion; I have a chiller for Eric and since he can't attend, I'm wondering if someone can take the chiller to his place or closer to his home.
