Sculpting sand , Portland cement? I know this is last minute and yes time got away from us so if anyone can help that would be awesome

I have a similar silicone mold for poaching eggs that I can sacrifice from the kitchen. About 3" diameter but has a somewhat rounded bottom. I will bring it.

I read online that a good mix is 1 part hydraulic cement (lower ph than Portland?) to 3 parts Aragonite sand? adding perhaps some rock salt to make porous?

You are ahead of me. I think we should experiment with different mixes and materials

Petco has Aragonite sand that is $7 for a 10 pound bag. I also think the hydraulic cement dries and cures faster?
