So far tank is going it’s way slowly - there are very slight brown powder on the sand - I assume diatoms. Today I vacuumed part of the sand bed and possibly found a reason why I have elevated Ca and Mg levels - my refractometer was off and salinity was 1.028. Replaced 1.5 gal of water with RO/DI to reduce it. How can average Joe see something with those tiny refractometers?!? [emoji4]

It was quite boring sat but I think I dialed parameters somewhere close to what I like:
Sg: 1.026
Alk: 9
CA: 440
No3: 12
PO4: 0.04

I hope corals will like it

Looks like @ashburn2k (and @JVU ) took pretty good care of you! If you ever make it down to Redwood City, give me a holler and we'll see if I can get you some more!
Cheers! Mark

Looks great, nice and clean. Really like the shelves integrated into the aquascape. [emoji1303]

Time for another full-tank shot before algae take over! [emoji4]
