Wrasse Choice for a 40 Breeder / Where to buy a pink streaked wrasse?

Looks like this wrasse continues to elude me. Kenny and Ed haven’t been able to order it for 2 months now. Online it’s out of stock and its species ships very poorly so I’d rather do local pickup.

One of my favorite fish I’ve ever kept in any of my nanos. Full of personality. Covers all corners of the tank (low, middle, high swimmer). Hangs out with my clowns in their frogspawn. Interesting sleeping habit.

They’re the ultimate nano wrasse in my opinion! Prettier than the possum wrasse and friendlier than the 6 line wrasse.

No argument on the 6 line, but I kind of like the possum wrasse. That said when I had my big tank definitely was looking into a pink streaked, never came to be though.

@under_water_ninja can you clarify what wrasse those are? I'm not sure if this thread is talking about pink streaked or others.

I think I'd ordered a hoeven's / tail spot wrasse, but I honestly can't remember if I also ordered a pink streak.

Possums are the best! Had a Tanaka in my 14IM Peninsula! Very unique personality but was always hiding so I eventually rehhomed him. Good Luck with the find! Please post pictures when you pick it up!

Violet aquarium appears to have a pink streaked wrasse in stock on their website. They are down in Campbell. Might be worth calling to make sure it is still in stock before you go.

@Darkxerox picked his wrasse up today and @rdriggett is coming today as well. I do have 2 more and one is for @Srt4eric, @richiev oderder a hoevens wrasse not the pink streak, so that leaves one available!

He's finally out exploring. I freaked out because when I was transferring him to the tank he jumped into the carpet, so not a great start!
