Reef 3D printing request thread

@MichaelB I can print one for you if you like.
That would be sweet. Would there be a option to add a calcium checker spot to it as well? I do use those 3 checkers shown on that image as well.

Just let me know how much I would owe you and I could get it from you at some point in future or a club event.

@MichaelB sorry I'm not good with CAD so I can't add or edit the file. but will the 2 file below work for you, or I can print the orginal file plus the Calcium one linked below let me know , and defintly no charge for you ;) ...
Those would be perfect. Than I could get the big bag holding all the 15 different types of test kits out my living room.

Can anyone make either of these parts?

Huge shot out to @Glob55
They are alot bigger than I expected. Yet in the good way they feel very solid and stable especially if you have a reefing work station.

They look like they were made just for that spot. I really like them.

Now I can move giant bag of text kits elsewhere and no longer need to take everything out to reach the ones on the bottom.

I'm wondering if anyone can print 3-4 of these type of things for mp40s.

Hopefully someone around southbay. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for your materials and efforts.

I don't know the name of them specifically beyond what's listed on the picture. Nor have file or know where to get one. I just saw the post about them pop up on FB.

Why not run the cord up and use the cable ties like you’re supposed to?
I dont know if I made this up, but I seem to remember you’re supposed to run them with the cord up for some (mechanical?) reason besides holding the in place.

Yeah you can run the cords along the rim of the tank and it's a lot cleaner, plus it functions as a drip loop to protect the driver. I know you have cats too Michael and probably better to get the cables out of reach!

Mine kept falling off. I never liked the design. Anyways. I put a thin bead of silicone on the face and stuck it to the aquarium. Never fell off again
