The listed timing in the first posts would imply that, but I just checked with Thomas and you don’t need to buy your tickets before the lottery. He’ll post updated dates later.

Sure I can change the lottery to 6/28 then make ticket purchase by 7/12 before alternates are moved up into the pool of 12. Day of no-shows might still happen so I still encourage people to make the trip.
