Arnold your reef is beautiful. Obviously you are an experienced reef keeper. I have trouble with the no skimmer thing though, and I am trying to understand. Do you still keep no skimmer?
Do you have hair algae blooms? Many fish feeding alot or few fish with little feeding?

yep still no skimmer, I get algae on the glass, but that is about it. Go check out the SF tank tour thread for more pics.

Yup one of my favorite San Francisco tanks, well except for those frag racks in the tank ;), but the fact there's no skimmer on it just leaves me baffled.

update - not much updates since I started a new job 7 months ago. I did lose 2 clams due to corals actually smothering them! I just didn't notice. Also lots of aptasia popping up so I have to take care of those. I will try to post a new pic soon, but I did setup a new 7 gallon tank at work with extra coral from home. : )

Are those bi-color torches on the left or hammers? Looking sweet!

I like that clown hosting the nems in the back. My clown only hosts at night.

how has LED conversion worked for you? the tank looks great!
Hey JAR,

So far so good, thinking about changing to controllable ones sometime. Been 2 years on those RAPID LED now.

OK I have not updated my tank thread in a long time, so lets try a crappy phone video. Galaxy S7 (lowest resolution). next time I will go higher.
