I swear a couple days ago I saw one of the major online retailers offer a 5g bucket of Red Sea salt for free with $400 purchase. But now that I’m ready to buy something that would qualify, I don’t see the deal anymore. Maybe it was a time limited thing or maybe I imagined it. Does anyone know if such a deal or other useful freebie with purchase is out there still?
Also I’m happy that saltwateraquarium.com carries BRS consumables now, at the same price and usually with the same discounts. Makes it easier to shop in 1 place.

Still waiting for the 50% off we had last year (I believe), which was incredible. I do not think it will be coming though, so might need to act now

Agreed. I believe, though, that the 50% off came also off the discounted amount, but this might be me just being greedy
.Unfortunately, or fortunately, the CoralVue stuff I am looking for, i.e., Hydros devices, is not well discounted, so I might pass (or 'only buy a couple of Octopulse).
Shame-I am almost right near POTO this week-yet that trek from Westchester to Staten Island-could be still be here for all intents and purposes

Ozone reactor from Geo is tempting - it just looks VERY complicated to setup though.
But the best deal is the MS test from Oceamo. What I did not know is that the 65 USD include (!) the price for shipping which makes this a very (!) good price for an MS test even without the discount. I have been already thinking of switching from FM to Oceamo since FM cannot fix shipping from the west coast to Germany. Oceamo is on par with them, so it comes down to price and turnaround time.

Out of the ICPs ive tried, I like oceamos and ATIs. I plan on stocking up a years worth once the code is active. As for the geo reactor, I agree, its beautiful. Exactly what id run if I went the ozone route. I just lack the space for its footprint underneath my stand if I were to pair it with a carbon reactor.
Ive been eyeing this for spectrum readings. I have an apogee, so am finding it hard to pull the trigger.

Very popular in Germany, but telegraham said it would read 20% lower PAR than the apogee, so something to be aware of or compare when you have it.
I am waiting for AF4 to release their Black Friday deals (they have a countdown on their website). I assume one the sale starts, the BF pricing will also be reflected on the major online retailers. This device has been well reviewed but it is not cheap. I travel a decent amount so I plan to bite the bullet on one of these soon:
