This is a good question. How much splatter does it need in order to be considered a splatter?

I have one that was sold to me as a splatter but not sure if there’s a splatter percentage or something we’re going off of for bonus

It's definitely a splatter. I have no idea of the expectations of splatter % potential spread.
Prehaps something that specific would come into play for extremely rare and expensive corals that use that as a measurement to give them a unique grade.

Thats something I don't think any typical splatter hammer would be worthy of receiving. For the intended purposes of the frag swap.

I don't imply there aren't graded splatter hammers out there somewhere. yet the prices ranges of those would be crazy $$$$ and not something likely traded for even a ultra ticket.

All that to say to me it's a splatter hammer as identified by the bonus list.
