The link below has a nice slide show of the house we "fixed up"
All it needs is a reef tank!
Cheers!

Yes, that is a very nice remodel!
Not sure where you would put the reef tank with so many windows.

But rather funny : The location is probably $4.4M of the $4.7M, just to be in a neighborhood called "Cow Hollow".
I can just see explaining that to someone from the midwest.

I love all the windows. And lo and behold - there's grass!

I would be too, I can not for the life of me see why that is worth $5M though. I mean its a few blocks off Lombard on the way toward the bridge, and while I haven't been in that area I do recall Lombard is just filled with kind of so-so looking motels and the like.

Damn Jon free publicity!

I'm not sure what exactly you did in that home, but whatever it was you must not be cheap to hire ;)

Funny you should say that. I'm considering raising my prices.
I gutted all the baths and the kitchen, moved some walls and took a few out.
I also updated the electrical, plumbing did insulation where I could.
Then put it all back together real nice.
Whatever they paid me will return to them plus a lot more when it sells. ;)

Finally, a house worthy of my station in Life. I'll tell the servants to pack immediately!
