I see where the confusion is. My mistake. Yes. All PPM.

As for test kits, I am using Hanna checkers.

So Phosphates is .40 PPM and Nitrates is 23PPM.

40ppm of phosphate seems crazy high to me. Are you sure it's not 0.40?

Which model Hanna Checker are you using for phosphate?

If you are using the Hanna Phosphorus Checker and getting a reading of 40ppb, then that would convert to 0.123ppm of phosphate, which would make more sense.

I will do the tests today and post a pic of the result.

Harvested some chaeto today… did not expect it to be this thick and this big. The reactor has been running since early December. Not too shabby.

If any one wants some chaeto. DM me

Will be doing water change soon. More to come.

The first three images, are from kay's coral cove (@Arvin R). The first pic is a Mai Tai Goni and right of it is a poison Ivy.
The second pic has a scoly, a hammer and a couple of torches.
The third pic is yet another torch. Don't ask me the names... I already forgot.

The rest of the images are other corals I wanted to take progress pic of.

Planning to do anther water change this coming weekend. Will be testing before the water change and a day after the water change for comparison purpose.
