egads I would! I'd crap out reinforced concrete bricks if my electricity bill was anywhere near that amount, and I have 2 tanks that's about 250g worth of water.

I paid that much when I had my 100G and a 50G tank >:( .. Tier III suck >:( >:(

How the heck did you hit Tier III? You run the AC/heater year round?

AC is on in summer when the wife is home. If it's 70 outside, she gets hot. She also like it bright so when she is home (day or night), the lights are on (even the room that she isn't in). 3 refrigerators and 1 freezer help too. ::)

Pssh, almost everyone I know is on Tier III. They'd have me on Tier IIII is there was one :lol:

Tier 1 Up to the Baseline amount
Tier 2 Electricity usage from 101% to 130% of Baseline
Tier 3 Electricity usage from 131% to 200% of Baseline
Tier 4 Electricity usage from 201% to 300% of Baseline
Tier 5 Electricity usage in excess of 300% of Baseline

Well shoot, guess I'm not quite there yet :lol:

No worries, I plan on moving all my stuff out to our farm where we pay AG 5 pricing. Beat that :D

I am paying 450 or more every month :D :D thats the price of having a big tank.

with my 2 tanks I am on tier II about $65 a month for power for everything. Mike what is your bill like?

I think you guys have too many cool gadgets to power your tank. : )

Nah.. we use cheap PH not vortech like you Arnold.. ;D

I have to heat and cool my 2500SQ home too so its not just the tank. Also you are in SF and the temp there tend to be nice and cool in the summer, cool in the winter but doesn't get freezing cold so you don't have to use heat as much.

My bill is low, and we'll just keep it at that.
