I can print one of these for you btw. If you need to change the dimensions a little as well it shouldn’t be too hard for me to do either
I'm thinking this might work
@Srt4eric said he is going to print out the one I posted and we can go from there if it needs modifications. Thank you for offering to help me and my new escape artist.I can print one of these for you btw. If you need to change the dimensions a little as well it shouldn’t be too hard for me to do either
I'm assuming he went through the weir teeth. Like you said it would have been an amazing jump to get through the lid and into the overflow. I might just set up a side gig circus act to cut back on my budget build cost lolDo you know if he swam through the weir teeth or jumped over? Does the overflow have a cover? Or is there a gap between the tank cover and weir. Should make sure each options are covered. Lucky jump if he did hurdle over!
Those telescoping brine shrimp nets wk good in tight spots
Loved the pacman diagram!!
I printed the same one and have it on my IM10. Works great at keeping baby seahorses from getting sucked in. With a tiny 20gph pump they still sometimes sucked up against it, but not through.

This brings back memories of my Biocube days lolCool to see cassette tape case overflows have come a long way... We used to make these, before 3d printing, out of cassette cases. Budget friendlyand good for surface skimming,
