I'm not going to spill too many beans, but RB is working on a HUGE project that we'll be hearing about soon, it's pretty crazy.

I personally think they should've built the rocks and corals out of reef-safe legos. :bigsmile:

But it's small beans in terms of amount of LEDs that RB has done :) Joy has done larger installs in other countries, and even in the US. IIRC she did a shrimp farm and a at least one major facility in Florida. But the one your talking about is probably the most unique and latest/greatest :)

I'm curious about why that was such a dramatic difference in illumination. ancient bulbs/ballasts? I noticed in the video one almost dead on view of a photon cannon, maybe its just skimming the surface and getting spread all over? Do LEDs spread significantly more?

sfsuphysics: There were complaints about adjusting the camera setting for recording the before and after.
