Mike, aside from announcing, I’m happy to help as needed as well.

Let me know how I can help. Not great on names of corals.
Seems like it would be good for you to take money on check in, and do any glue sales and such.
Since you are taking over treasurer, and I am not going to make it to the swap.

Oh yeah? Josh is our new treasurer?
Not until properly nominated, voted in, and so on, at the end of the year.
But since I have taken over webmaster, and have little time to do both, he is helping to take over early.

If you still need volunteers, perhaps I can do coral police or bonus check in? Not a whole ton of experience for the latter, but I’ll do my homework on the list and would be able to ID at least.

We can do coral police,
a couple people had to back out. You can do coral check in to if you want and get there early enough

Done. Count me in as coral police then. I should be there by 11.

We seriously need people to sign up to help with Bonus/Coral check-in.

It is a minimum 2-person job and realistically would go more smoothly with 3 people. It’s just at the beginning when people are arriving with their corals, so you’d be free most of the swap or could do another job as well.

I am not going to be able to attend. If someone will be able to come by stockton I can send a Pair for donation.

Worst case I'm floating around doing everything, and I can jump in on coral check-in if it gets busy and hop out when it gets slow.

Registration starts at 11am, and while we may be in place to get people tags/picking letters by then, I figure we won't actually check corals in until 11am. So if you can be there by 11am that'd be great, and if you're there a bit early I can have a less hectic time of arranging people and places to sit to do all this :)

Well I’ll plan on being there at 10 to give ya some buffer time and I can help with whatever’s needed until check in.
