The clowns are about 1" and the one naked clown being a bit smaller. The Reef Nutrition pellets look .5mm. I purchased some New Era .5mm pellets today from Chris at AC and they took to it immediately. I fed the corals some H20 Reef Caviar and Rod's food, the clowns seem to be eating some of the smaller diameter foods also. Do you feed your clowns any frozen or live foods ?

From the videos I would have placed them at 2" to 2.5" - sounds like they are still young'ns. Being CB they should eat almost anything that will fit in their mouths. The only foods my clowns are ambivalent about are frozen Formula One and spirulina flakes. They devour frozen Rod's, mysis, cyclops, squid, mussel, calanoids, and prawn roe. Can't wait to see both your clown pairs looking fat and happy in the DT!

Thanks for the list of foods you feed your clowns David. Looks like Rod's food are a favorite amongst the clowns.

Unfortunately, found some spots on the smaller naked clownfish (darn ich !). Thankfully, the other fish show no signs. I put him in a bucket w/a heater and small powerhead. I dosed Cupramine and will treat for the directed time. It just shows you to quarantine all fish regardless how the may look !

Bummer, but glad you spotted it before it got worse! Hope there's no dormant cysts waiting to ambush the others...

Thanks David,

I siphoned the bottom of the tank and did a large water change just in case.
