I guess there was no agreement on food. So I will be at the chinese restaurant "Raymond's" I think right across the street from the place at like 11:30am. If anyone wants to join me please feel free. I will wear my Bar shirt. It's easy and the food was ok last I week I tried it.

Does anyone going on Saturday have any magnetic sand which I assume is black? Looking for about a cup of it for a sand lab in Dec. I have all sorts of sands but nothing magnetic.

I might, still have to check quick in the am since would be in storage.

Didn't know if I was going to be able to make it - but I can! Anyone want a deresa clam? I have a couple of them, and they're growing so I need to re-home one. It's about ~4" across, has done well on my sand bed. Pretty standard looking "blue rim" variety.

At first I was going to jump on this since I’ve been looking for a derasa but then I realized I’m going to be breaking down my tank in a few months.

Thank to Mike ( Fish Doc ) for hosting today’s get together. Nice turn out and I’m pretty sure everybody left with something. Also big thanks to Kris for the after event awe in his 300G. Amazing growth in his corals. Still one the best tanks I’ve ever seen in person

What a nice afternoon - thanks to @fishdoctor for the great setup and demos. Never heard of using hot glue before. Got some great tips from other members, too. I appreciate @Kmooresf for his coral generosity and having us over to see the incredible tank and equipment setup. Thanks for arranging this event!
